RSVP of Southeast Texas is an AmeriCorps Seniors funded program that pairs thousands of Americans aged 55 and older with organizations making change in communities across the country.
The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center has sponsored RSVP of Harris County since 2001. Over the years, the ERJCC has taken on a larger project area, a
RSVP of Southeast Texas is an AmeriCorps Seniors funded program that pairs thousands of Americans aged 55 and older with organizations making change in communities across the country.
The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center has sponsored RSVP of Harris County since 2001. Over the years, the ERJCC has taken on a larger project area, and today, RSVP of Southeast Texas has grown to become one of the largest programs in the country, covering an 18 county region.

RSVP Volunteers serve their communities in many ways, including:
- helping seniors age safely in their homes through Home Delivered Meals, Medicare and Senior Fraud Education and Telephone Reassurance programs
- helping caregivers of people with Alzheimer's or dementia through Respite Care programs
- helping families in need through Eme
RSVP Volunteers serve their communities in many ways, including:
- helping seniors age safely in their homes through Home Delivered Meals, Medicare and Senior Fraud Education and Telephone Reassurance programs
- helping caregivers of people with Alzheimer's or dementia through Respite Care programs
- helping families in need through Emergency Food programs
- help communities through disaster preparedness programs and opioid abuse prevention
